Belfast’s Victoria Square announces more tenants

Multi Development has signed four more retailers for its £320m Victoria Square regeneration scheme in Belfast city centre.

All Saints, Reiss, Billabong and Gourmet Burger King will join House of Fraser, H&M, Hugo Boss and Virgin Megastores at the Dutch developer’s scheme, where quoting rents are around £230 per sq ft zone A.

All Saints has taken a 3,650 sq ft store on the lower ground floor of the shopping centre.

Billabong has taken 4,000 sq ft of space on level two of the mall, and GBK has taken space for a 2,300 sq ft restaurant on the second level next to the cinema.

Victoria Square includes 800,000 sq ft of retail space over three floors, 70 retail units, and 106 apartments.

The centre is due to open in March next year.

Richard Green, Multi Development’s leasing manager, said: “Victoria Square offers an invaluable opportunity for premium retailers hoping to penetrate the Northern Ireland market.”
