The group has appointed Fleurets for the disposal which comprises two freeholds and five leasehold interests.

The freeholds are the Hotel Elizabeth in Corby, Northamptonshire which has an asking price of £5.72m, and the North Euston Hotel at Fleetwood in Lancashire which is expected to fetch £5.6m.

The five other properties, located in the east of England, all have 22 rooms or more and are being marketed on a leasehold basis with Elizabeth Holdings retaining the freehold.

Elizabeth Hotels is one of 27 subsidiaries of Elizabeth Holdings, the investment and property firm founded by Richard Cattermole in 1971.
