O’Briens to open largest store at Belfast’s Victoria Square
Irish sandwich bar O’Briens is to open its largest store at Dutch developer Multi-Development’s £320m Victoria Square regeneration scheme in Belfast.

The 3,500 sq ft store will be on the first floor of the 800,000 sq ft shopping centre, which is nearly 80% let.
In addition Nando’s restaurant has taken a 4,130 sq ft restaurant on the second floor for its first restaurant in Ireland.
The Victoria Square scheme will include 70 shops and 106 apartments.
Other confirmed tenants include House of Fraser, Billabong, Hugo Boss, H&M and Reiss.
Quoting rents are around £230 zone A.
