Discovery Properties has secured Vue for a nine-screen cinema at its 300,000 sq ft Oval scheme in Darlington, Co Durham.
Vue has taken a 20-year lease on the 28,960 sq ft property.
The £110m Oval is schedulted to open in 2010.
Sanderson Weatherall, Jackson Criss and Colliers CRE are advising Discovery; Vue was unrepresented.
