Vail Williams has merged its two Surrey offices.
Simultaneously the group’s office agency head in the region Andrew Newman has quit to set up his own practice.
Newman, a partner at Vail Williams, has set up Andrew Newman after buying the Basingstoke office agency business from Vail Williams for an undisclosed fee.
He will take Nick Olliffe with him from the Basingstoke team.
Vail Williams combined its nine remaining staff in Basingstoke and three in Camberley.
The teams will move out of their offices to new premises at Blackwater Valley in Frimley.
The new office will also include other specialist teams, such as rating.
The group, which opened its first office in Frimley over 25 years ago, said the merger would create a “broader regional service” for clients.
Chief Executive Ian Rudland said: “By locating our teams to work alongside one another, this provides the possibility of identifying added value opportunities for our clients, without losing the insight that is invaluable to them.”
