Cluttons buys West Sussex agent

Cluttons has bought West Sussex niche agent Tod Miller Thomas.

The tie-up sees Cluttons take control of offices and services in Chichester and Worthing, under the name Cluttons Tod Miller.

TMT partners Christopher Tod, Bob Miller and Terry Regan will join Cluttons Tod Miller as partners.  Jeremy Maltby and Jim McClean will join as associates.

Gareth Clutton, managing partner at Cluttons, said: “I am very pleased to welcome TMT to Cluttons.

“This is an important step in the continuing expansion of our business, which has grown by 40% over the last three years and now has an annual turnover in excess of £50m.”

Cluttons has also poached Alistair Colston and Richard Payne from estate agent Crisp Cowley for its Bath division.

Colston, who is to join Cluttons as a partner, was previously a director heading up the commercial division at Crisp Cowley. Payne has been appointed as an associate at Cluttons, and was an associatte director at Crisp Cowley.

Colston and Payne will work alongside the existing Bathbased commercial team, and focus on raising Cluttons’ profile and increasing regional market share.
