Debenhams is to anchor Modus Properties’ £250m Regent Place town centre regeneration scheme in Swindon.
The store will take a 70,000 sq ft store at the heart of the 350,000 sq ft development on Granville Street.
Work is due to start in January 2009 with completion scheduled for spring 2011.
