Cobra buys Severnside business park
Coba Asset Management has bought Severnside Trading Estate in Avonmouth, Bristol for £7.6m from Rockspring Property Investment Managers, acting on behalf of Cheshire council.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 6.47%.
The estate on Burcott Road comprises 18 multi-let warehouse units totalling over 120,000 sq ft.
