Inland is rumoured to be about to win full permission for housing on two north London sites and its flagship former Ministry of Defence site in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The Farnborough permission comes despite the presence there of the rare Dartford Warbler.
Inland was founded by the two executives who ran Country & Metropolitan.
