Segro has let a 61,000 sq ft data centre unit at its 7.5m sq ft Slough Trading Estate to US technology company SAVVIS.
The unit has been let on a 20-year lease at a rent of around £13 per sq ft.
Other tenants at the 487-acre sq ft estate include Ferrari, Black & Decker and O2.
Earlier this month, Harley Davidson announced it would open a 10,000 sq ft showroom at the estate.
