Zurich takes 100,000 sq ft in Farnborough

Zurich International has taken 100,000 sq ft of offices in two buildings at BAE System’s Aerospace Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire.   As tipped by Estates Gazette in October the insurance giant has assigned a lease on two buildings from BAE at the 1980s  built centre on Farnborough Road, the 57,000 sq ft Warwick House and the 43,000 sq ft Brennan House.    Warwick House was vacant but BAE will vacate Brennan House to facilitate the deal. It is moving to Johnson Controls’ Park West One building on the park.   Zurich will pay around £18 per sq ft.   BAE was represented by Atisreal and Hollis Hockley; Zurich was represented by Savills. paul.norman@egi.co.uk
