St Modwen is creating three new urban villages at Littlecombe in Dursley, Llanwern in
In total they will provide 9,000 houses and 2m sq ft of commercial space.
Parker will also deal with the estate management of St Modwen’s existing property portfolio in the region and oversee Community Interest Companies (CICs) which St Modwen is establishing for their regeneration schemes.
“The CICs will be responsible for managing the public realm and community facilities and services, including parks and green spaces, play areas and community centres,” said a St Modwen spokesman.
“The CICs will be set up early in the regeneration process so a framework and structure can be established which will enable them to become self-sufficient in the management and future social development of the communities of which they should be a vital part.”
