English Partnerships and Liverpool Vision are seeking developers for two Liverpool waterfront sites.
The two plots are on either side of the main entrance to the 36-acre Kings Waterfront site, to the south of the Albert Dock complex.
The site overlooking Wapping Dock has outline planning permission for 37 flats with a 5,489 sq ft commercial unit.
The site overlooking Queens Dock has outline permission for a 105,059 sq ft commercial building. Hotel use would also be considered.
