Knight Frank on board at King’s Cross

Argent and London & Continental Railways have appointed Knight Frank as the residential agent at their £2bn King’s Cross Central.

The regeneration project – on 67 acres of land between King’s Cross and St Pancras International – will include 2,000 homes, 20 streets, 10 public spaces and the restoration of 20 historic buildings.

All but one of the Victorian gas frames on the 8m sq ft development will be moved. The remaining frame will have a residential block built inside it. Outline consent was granted in December 2006.

Stephan Miles-Brown, head of residential development at Knight Frank, said: “This is, without doubt, the most exciting urban regeneration project in the UK today.”
