Property investments in Spain grew 1.7% in the first quarter of 2002 to ¬213.29m, according to the Spanish stock market commission (CNMV).
Once again, the property sector has helped boost the markets, having recovered half its losses in 2001 in only three months. Investments with the highest rates of return are unit trusts from JP Morgan Fleming, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.
