Greek shipping family sells half share in some of its Paris property assets, including a Champs Elysées shopping mall, adding to SFL’s holdings in the French capital
Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) has acquired a 50% interest in a 31,000m2 property portfolio in Paris from Ile-de-France Investissements, the company owned by the Greek Latsis shipping family.
The real estate is composed of offices and shops in the 8th and 16th arrondissments of the French capital, at 46 avenue Kléber, 16-18 rue Chalgrin, 90 Champs Elys
