Arts Hotel, situated in Barcelona’s highest skyscraper, is set to change owners.
The Japanese chain Sogo, which until now owned the hotel, and which was declared bankrupt a year and a half ago, has signed an initial agreement with Deutsche Bank. The agreement involves the bank buying the building for approximately ¬288m (Pts47.9bn).
