International property advisor Jones Lang LaSalle has put a figure of $10bn on the damage caused to office property by the terrorist attacks in New York.
Office space in Manhattan has been reduced by some 2.23m m2, says the group. With 30m m2, Manhattan is still the world number two office market behind Tokyo.
