Vallehermoso will invest €90.15m (Pts15bn) in the development of Valladolid’s Pinar de Jalón areas.
The total amount to be invested in Jalón’s residential and industrial sectors, in which Metrovacesa, Parquesol and Urvalsa also have stakes, will go up to €360.6m (Pts60bn).
