Dexia has agreed to buy a €74m (BFr3bn) property on the Kirchberg plateau in Luxembourg.
It plans to create 14,758m2 of offices and 350 parking spaces as part of Immobilière Espace Kirchberg’s development to build 50,000m2 of office space.
The project will take three years to complete.
