KBC and Beulens join forces
The KBC Group and property company Buelens have agreed to create Buelens Real Estate, a new company that will focus on developing promoting property particular offices, business centres, semi industrial and commercial projects.
The capital of this jointly managed subsidiary, on a 50/50 basis, amounts to €8m (Fr322.6m). Buelens Real Estate’s headquarters will be in Zaventem, Belgium. The company’s activities will at first cover Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Poland. They will be extended to other countries at a later stage, according to KBC.
