Colliers International has appointed Aaron Dohm and Neil Gregory Eaves as co-regional directors of the central and eastern European operations. They take over from founding partner Howard Barnes, who will remain a board member and advisor to the regional operations.
Dohm, who managed Colliers’ operation in Hungary from 1997, will be responsible for regional business development and investment sales.
In France, Jean-Jacques Bertrand is to be the new national head of retail at Colliers August Thouard. Bertand was formerly director of the office department and secrétaire général at Jones Lang LaSalle. Also moving across is Uwe Timm, former JLL director and German head of retail agency; he will head Colliers’ Mller International’s new retail operation.
Meanwhile, Colliers Erdman Lewis’ real estate team has been named corporate real estate advisor of the year in the joint Nacore and IDRC UK annual Corporate Real Estae Awards for the year 2000.
