Ireland’s first property-based tracker bond has been launched. BCP Stockbrokers is offering a three and a half or five and a half year investment bond, based on a basket of five British property shares: British Land, Great Portland Estates, Land Securities, MEPC and Slough Estates. The bond, designed with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, has a capital guarantee from Woodchester Crédit Lyonnais Bank.
