Dutchinvestor VIB has purchased a FFr50m office building in St Quentin-en-Yvelines, showing a yield of more than 10%. Le Vauban, a 6,000 m2 block in west Paris, was bought from EIA, a part of AGF Insurance that is holding property from Comptoir des Entrepreneurs. CdeE is the tenant of the building, on a six year lease, and owns and occupies two adjacent office buildings. VIB is actively looking for further French investments.
