Ober Haus Real Estate Co has opened its eighth real estate consultancy in Lithuania. The new office in Kaunus will employ five professionals.
Ober Haus is the largest real estate brokerage in the Baltic States, with eight offices and over 120 professionals working across the region. The Vilnius office has 14 professional staff.
Mecislovas Zasciurinskas, the former vice chairman of the Kaunas city planning commission, will manage the new Kaunas office.
According to Lithuanian director Vytas Zabilius: “Our office in Vilnius exceeded all expectations this year in terms of building a client base, and we believe we will be equally successful in Kaunus, the country’s second largest city.”
