Computer networking giant Cisco Systems has appointed Colliers International as its exclusive property adviser in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Colliers will advise on strategy and carry out acquisitions and disposals.
California-based Cisco currently has requirements in Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, France, Germany and central Europe.
Colliers won the account from FPDSavills after director Stephen Rothrock moved from Savills to Colliers.
FPDSavills has in turn been appointed by Wang computers as its strategic partner and preferred real estate adviser in the EMEA region.
