Kay Dymock has left Jones Lang Wootton, where she had been head of the European hotels division since 1990, to join Strategic Hotel Capital Incorporated Group as European managing director. In her new role, she will oversee a major programme of hotel acquisition and asset management. JLW partner Arthur de Haast has taken over from Dymock.
Ian Howarth has been appointed senior surveyor in FPDSavills European Corporate Advisory Services team. He joins the firm from Weatherall Green & Smith where he worked in corporate real estate.

Healey & Baker has opened two offices in India, in New Delhi and Bombay, in association with its US affiliate, Cushman & Wakefield. The two firms plan to open a further eight offices in Asia during the next 18 months.
ABN AMRO Bank has taken 1,745m2 of offices in the Centre Etoile building on boulevard Bischoffsheim 12-21 in Brussels’ quartier Léopold. Rent for the offices, which have been refurbished, is around BFr 550 per m2. Richard Ellis acted for the bank.
