French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel has completed its 34,000 sq ft move to Hammerson’s
It will pay £60 per sq ft and receive 23 months rent free.
Gide has also sublet its 12,500 sq ft office at Citypoint, EC2, to Australian bank
King Sturge acted for Gide; CBRE and Strutt & Parker advised Hammerson.
