Provident signs largest Kent letting of year
Northridge Capital has let 34,088 sq ft at Fifty Pembroke Court, Chatham, in the largest single letting in Kent in the last year.
Insurance company Provident Financial has taken the space on the first and second floors of the 51,538 sq ft building on a 15 year lease at an initial rent of £19 per sq ft.
The ground floor of 16,981 sq ft is the only vacant space remaining in the block, with a quoting rent of £20.50 sq ft.
Other tenants include Kent Police, SEEDA and HBOS.
