Celtic Property goes on the market

Warsaw-based developer Celtic Property Developments is up for sale for circa €400m (£306m).   The existing portfolio comprises development assets, principally in Warsaw, of 1m sq m of office and residential buildings worth €1.8bn (£1.3bn).   Major projects include Lopuszanska, a 66,000 sq m office development, and Ursus, a 800,000 sq m residential scheme which is due to be showcased at MIPIM.   Celtic has a management team and staff of 70 Polish and British nationals.   Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate is advising.   joanne.payne@rbi.co.uk
