Stobart subsidiary takes space in Cheshire

  AHC Westlink, a subsidiary of transport and logistics firm Stobart Group, has taken 49,845 sq ft of warehouse space in Widnes, Cheshire.   The warehousing company has sub-let the space at the Hale Bank Industrial Estate from housewares distributor Decco, at an annual rent of £191,000 until August 2015.   Paul Cook from CBRE, who acted on behalf of Decco, said: “As big employers in the local area, companies in the Stobart Group are riding the crest of the UK’s warehouse and distribution boom.
