Kirschel is chasing John Hoare for £125,317 in damages for allegedly failing to conduct a range of his job functions.
The figure includes £76,837 of rent that Kirschel claims he has “continued wrongfully to retain”.
Hoare, who worked for Kirschel’s Consolidated Developments between 2002 and 2006, is accused of failing to ensure that tax returns were filed in the correct amounts and accounts filed at Companies House on time, leading to the company incurring penalties of £44,450.
Kirschel also claims that Hoare failed to demand rent in the correct amounts and on time.
Hoare is defending the claims.
