Terrace Hill and Morley have fully let the first phase of their 61,000 sq ft
The last unit at the £14m development has been let to Jolleys Pet Food superstore.
Jolleys is paying £14 per sq ft for the 6,000 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease with a five-year rent review.
The anchor tenant is Homebase, which has taken 35,000 sq ft. Other occupiers include Storey Carpets, Carpetright, Sleepmasters and a KFC drive-thru.
Construction work on the scheme was completed last year and it opened for business in April.
Work has now begun on Phase Two, which comprises three units totalling 15,000 sq ft. These units will be available from the summer of 2008.
Knight Frank and Sanderson Weatherall are joint letting agents on the scheme.
