The 33,099 sq ft store will trade over two levels at the 588,000 sq ft regeneration scheme in the centre of
Debenhams and Marks & Spencer have already signed as anchors.
The plans include a 120-bed hotel, 162 flats and 42,000 sq ft of offices.
