Manchester-based Ask developments has sold its former headquarters building at Deansgate Quay for £1.36m.
The 5,000 sq ft building at the southern end of Deansgate, which includes seven parking spaces, was sold to broadcast production company Paul Doherty International.
Ask has relocated to a former schoolhouse building in the Ancoats area of the city.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised Ask; Driver Jonas represented the purchaser.
