British Transport Police takes offices in Cardiff

The British Transport Police has taken space at Rightacres and MEPC’s Callaghan Square office scheme in Cardiff.

The organisation has taken 13,600 sq ft at Building 3 on a 20-year lease for £20 per sq ft.

Building 3 is part of the 164,000 sq ft second phase of development at Callaghan Square, which will total 565,000 sq ft of offices when all four phases are completed.

Other tenants at the scheme include Cru Investment Management, which has taken 7,300 sq ft, and architect Scott Brownrigg, which has taken 2,800 sq ft, both at £20 per sq ft.

Joint agents for Callaghan Square are Knight Frank and DTZ. The scheme was designed by Nicholas Hare Architects.
