Completion of the industrial units is scheduled for November this year with 70% already sold off plan. Construction of the office space is due to be completed in February 2009.
King Sturge Property Finance, acting on behalf of Salmon Harvester Properties, in joint venture with Raspin Properties, has arranged the development facility.
