Ballantyne brings in administrators

  Ballantyne Homes has gone into administration leaving new home owners on two South Wales estates living next to half-completed houses.   Administror Deloitte and its agent DTZ are set to dispose of 15 of 40 homes that still need completion at Vivian Park Mews in Port Talbot and 20 plots at Pembrey, near Llanelli.   South Wales-based Ballantyne Homes also has a number of development sites set for disposal by DTZ.   paul.norman@egi.co.uk
