Developer Lancaster Property Network has submitted plans for the redevelopment of a derelict 1.5-acre site at the northern gateway to Lancaster city centre.
The 325,000 sq ft Lawson’s Quay scheme will comprise a 120-bedroom three-star hotel, 97,000 sq ft of offices, ancillary shops, and a 275-space multistorey car park.
The Hamiltons Architects-designed scheme will have an end-value of around £55m.
