LaSalle UK Ventures Fund and Stephen Vernon’s Green Property will shortly begin work on the first speculative office development in Slough for more than five years, after gaining a revised consent for a 98,000 sq ft HQ building.

The duo bought the site with consent for an eight-storey office building for £9m from Burford’s Delta Fund last June.
