Sir David Garrard agrees Labour loan pay-back delay

The Labour party will disclose within the next two weeks that it has negotiated a seven-year delay on more than £9m of loans from seven tycoons, including Sir David Garrard, founder of Minerva.

However, Andrew Rosenfeld, former chairman of Minerva, is demanding his £1m be paid back by next summer.
