Talks between White Young Green and a third party that made an unsolicited preliminary approach for the planning and construction consultancy have been terminated.
The Leeds-based consultancy said trading continued to be strong and its performance was in line with its expectations.
Brewin Dolphin cut its recommendation from “add” to “sell”. The shares fell 6.5% to 259p.
