The Latin leisure concept aims to open its first venue in spring 2009. It is seeking sites between 7,500 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft in business parks, and on the high street and A-roads in the North West,
Bardello will host live music and theme nights where customers are taught a variety of dances.
Ross Kirton, associate director at Colliers CRE, said: “Interactive entertainment is really big at the moment and Bardello is a great concept that will appeal to a wide customer base.
“The introduction of themed nights is a clever move that will help the operator maximise revenue early in the week when pubs and bars tend to be quieter.”
