Retail warehouse fund The Junction is to sell the Templars retail park in Oxford for £57m – a 5.68% yield.
The 142,000 sq ft park is being bought by a subsidiary of Robert Laurence’s Resolution Properties.
It is the second park Resolution has bought from the fund this year.
In March it completed its £58.5m acquisition of the Junction’s 285,000 sq ft Great Western retail park in Glasgow.
