PPG sells Chertsey offices to United Therapeutics Europe
PPG (Southern) has sold Cowley House in Chertsey, Surrey, to United Therapeutics Europe for around £8.5m.
The biotechnology group will occupy the 22,162 sq ft building as its European headquarters.
The sale follows a comprehensive refurbishment of the building completed four weeks prior to the sale.
Ed Smith, partner of Strutt & Parker, which advised PPG alongside New Ballerino, said: “PPG was astute to see the potential in refurbishing Cowley House as there was a distinct lack of quality office accommodation in Chertsey and the surrounding area.”
DTZ advised United Therapeutics Europe.
