Your Space has struck a deal to refurbish the Scottish Provident building in central Belfast in return for 18 months rent-free occupation.
The group plans to use the building for its serviced office division.
Your Space said it expected the refurbishment to take around six months.
The group said it was in negotiations with several other landlords and institutions across the UK to refurbish buildings for serviced office use.
