Paul Bassi’s Real Estate Investors has exchanged contracts to buy a small retail centre in Birmingham.
The West Midlands-based property company has bought 2-30 Alcester Road South in Kings Heath for £4.15m.
The property comprises an unbroken parade of 16 shops that provide a rental income of £391,000 pa.
Tenants include Lloyds Chemist, Lunn Poly, The Post Office, Barnardo’s Oswald Bailey, PDSA and WH Smith.
