Plans for a £20m hotel and office development on the outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, have been submitted.
The 100-bedroom Casa hotel scheme at Lockoford Lane, just of the A61, is being developed by local firm Bradbury Hall Developments. The scheme will also include 16,000 sq ft of offices on its top floor.
Careyjones architects designed the project.
