Solicitor HBJ Gateley Wareing has taken the sixth floor of Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, EC4 on behalf of recruitment consultancy Heidrick and Struggles.
It will pay £45 per sq ft for 11,400 sq ft on a lease until 2020, with a mutual break in 2016.
Dan Burn, director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s City agency team said: “This deal involved us agreeing a surrender of the existing lease with MCG consulting (advised by Knight Frank) and the simultaneous grant of a new sub lease to HBJ.”
