The Royal Doulton pottery centre, in Staffordshire, has been saved from closure after KPS Capital Partners LP concluded a deal to buy parts of Waterford Wedgwood, which went into administration in January.
The Waterford Crystal visitor centre and factory in south east Ireland will also be saved.
